Hba1c Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the hba1c platform. Please read these terms in full before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all conditions stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hba1c platform — including the website, mobile app, and all services provided — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the hba1c platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. hba1c reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close an account if this requirement is not met.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the hba1c platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. hba1c reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.
You are fully responsible for the security of your username and account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the hba1c support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the hba1c platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other local payment options listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours in certain cases. hba1c is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same user's name. hba1c reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds using unauthorised methods or mismatched accounts will result in the request being rejected, and the account may be subject to review.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the hba1c support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be able to be processed.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree to use the hba1c platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Specifically prohibited activities include the use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform; attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt system functions; identity fraud or the use of another person's personal information; and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or financial transactions.
Hba1c reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these rules, without prior notice and without any liability to the user concerned. Where activity suspected of involving fraud or financial crime is identified, hba1c reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to hold funds in the account pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the regulations of the jurisdiction in which they are located. hba1c makes no guarantee that use of this platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The hba1c platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, hba1c makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. hba1c shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including betting losses or service interruptions caused by technical factors beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hba1c platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of hba1c or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from hba1c.

These links are provided solely for user convenience. hba1c does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Hba1c reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are made.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect. hba1c's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
